I can’t shake the feeling that Michael Moore was the one making those kids cry. Must be the beard.
Are you saying he’s gay? Homophobe.
No, I’m just saying he frightens children.
You know what I liked best about this movie, especially over the last one? Many things, but mostly these two: 1) it isn’t obvious propaganda — it may be propaganda, but it’s not as if we are having a vote soon to decide for or against free universal health care; and 2) this movie actually shows us the better side and in that way offers some hope; it doesn’t just make us all mad about what we’ve got. Which I like. It’s actually more inspiring to go out and work toward this goal if we know what it ought to be like. Anger fades quicker than hope.
Also, I liked the part where he explains how the US government won’t let us know how he got to Cuba. My theory is he took a boat.
