You know its bad enough that you guys don’t cover the exhaust system in my crv but then to top it off you gave me $4,000 for my infiniti and are turning around and selling it for twice what you gave me. All you had to repair was a couple dents. Every dealer I have spoken too thinks you guys must not be reputable whatsoever to not know how to handle the exhaust repair. 800 miles after I got the CRV the converter broke off and their is a whole in the exhaust. I already spent almost 700 dollars to fix all this shit. Not to mention the fact that you guys are lying about what kind of car it is…you are advertising it as a Touring model and the Touring model comes with leather seats a bigger engine and two years newer. Maybe you guys should learn how to deal with customers instead of having 18 year old kids sell cars.

After making an appointment to see this car I would have figured that SOMEONE would have made sure it was actually a sellable vehicle. I was absolutely appalled that when I showed up for my appointment the salesman I was supposed to meet wasn’t there and the car was a piece of shit! Before I even left the lot the air bag sensor light was on as was another warning light. Then when I took my hand off the wheel it turned right so hard I about hit the curb. And the icing on the cake was that the turn signals DONT WORK! What kind of crap are you selling? Some certified vehicle this was. BBB will be getting a note from me as will the Colorado Auto Dealers Association. You people are UNBELIEVABLE and I will NEVER set foot on your lot again and make sure that no one I know does either. What a joke!
